With the present Privacy Policy “DoubleFox” LTD, registration No. 40203470580, legal address: Liela street 12-6, Liepaja, LV-3401, provides information about the processing of personal data of natural persons in the company of “DoubleFox” LTD so that you feel confident about the security of your personal data, as well as aware of compliance of your personal data processing with the principles of personal data processing.

“DoubleFox” LTD may introduce additions or corrections to the Privacy Policy by publishing the current version on their website www.doublefox.net.

In case a natural person submits to “DoubleFox” LTD a completed questionnaire and/or their CV on the website www.doublefox.net “DoubleFox” LTD, registration No. 40203470580, legal address: Liela street 12-6, Liepaja, LV-3401, is the Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as the Controller), while the Employer is the Separate Controller from the Controller.

For the purposes of this section of the Privacy Policy the Data Subject is a natural person who has voluntarily submitted their data using social networks or e-mails to   “DoubleFox”LTD. The e-mail address of the Controller for communication with the Data Subject is [email protected]

Categories of personal data to be processed:

Name and surname;
E-mail address;
Phone number;
Education;
Work experience;
Skills;
And other information provided by the Data Subject at their sole discretion.

The aim of processing personal data by the Controller is to offer recruitment services and career counseling as a mediator between the Data Subject and the Employer in their pursuit of finding a fitting job for the Data Subject.

The processing of personal data is based on the Data Subject's explicit consent as defined in Sub-clause (a) of Clause 1 of Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation(1). By completing a questionnaire/CV or submitting data through social networks or emails, the Data Subject takes clear and confirmatory actions that signify their consent to the processing of specific personal data.

Personal data are stored until the consent of the Data Subject is revoked. Withdrawal of the Data Subject's consent should be sent to the Controller's e-mail address [email protected] or legal address: Liela street 12-6, Liepaja, LV-3401.

Based on the Data Subject's consent, the Controller will share the Data Subject's personal data with potential employers to facilitate the search for a suitable job for the Data Subject. The Employer is a separate Controller and is responsible for complying with all applicable regulatory laws in the Republic of Latvia, including the General Data Protection Regulation, regarding the processing of personal data and the protection of the Data Subject's rights.

If requested by governmental or municipal institutions in compliance with regulatory laws in force in the Republic of Latvia, the Controller is obligated to provide information about the Data Subject.
